For any of you who don't frequent Xentales.

Do not mold yourself to society. Give your name and serial number and stand strong, and society will undoubtedly mold to you. Ask not if there is anything outside that you want. Ask if there is anything inside that you have yet to unpack.

It means that Karl can no-longer carry out the project. He wants to see it advance further so he has put everything together available for download and has opened his code up to the public. Since he has no time to further the project, he has released the code available for download and hopefully someone will pick it up and have the time to work on it and better the game.

I will still be running the no-ip server, and will also continue to work on the map content in the time I do have.
The game will continue to run, I will not just suddenly stop running the server without any notice to the forums.
