Open Race/Class combination

I don't know if this has been discussed yet or not, so I'll just ask.

Will there be any restrictions on the class certain races can be? ie. Scallions can't be paladins or clerics?

If this is truly going to be like old Xen I suggest not putting in the restrictions that EJ has put in. If it is left open it will add a lot more variety to the game.

No restrictions on race/class and all races start out 10 10 10 10 10 with 25 points to add

Could you make it so each class has a special bonus unique to that class. like it is now?

say
Scallions - so much resistance to poisons
Dreg - more cons given per point
Behock - natural magic resistance
Gnome - natural read enhancement and more mana per point (wis)
Elf - Faster movement, natural spell potency (intel)
Humans - heightened mp/hp regen

Behock wont be in the game. It will be like in original xen

Actually, all of the character models including the Behock, Dark Elf, Idget and Half Orc are in PV right now. However, they may not be playable.
