If so, let me know. I have been spending a not-insignificant amount of time tinkering with character animations (cast spell, attack, get hit, etc...), and I think it might be time to outsource so I can get back to the code

You only need basic 3d modeling experience and you don't have to buy anything--all you need is time to play around with a file I send you.
