unable to connect..

ever since the update came out, i cant get into the game at all. it patched to 1.11.1 and i just get "stop trying to connect". i dont use a router or firewall or av.

Did you download the full installer update, or just use the patch?

If you just patched, it likely won't connect correctly.

i uninstalled the old client, installed the new one that just came out. the patcher downloads 3 identically sized files. still getting the same thing. tried a reinstall.

Huh, that's really weird.

Wait! Does your game run in fullscreen mode? Is it possible that Windows is blocking the app from connecting? I know it sometimes does this even if Firewall is disabled. Try running in windowed mode if this is the case so you can allow it to connect.

i set it to windowed mode in the config file and its still not letting me. any other suggestions?

server seems to be up, i can ping poorserver.no-ip.org . still unable to connect. Anymore suggestions?

Ugh. That means it's up but the remote hosting software isn't running. RARR!
