Server Down?

So i get this "stop trying to connect" message when i try and log on. Not too long ago, the game froze up, then kicked me out. Does this mean the server is down?

Yeah...that means server's down. it has an auto-restart though so if it was just a crash, it'll come right back up (you just have to wait) You might have to restart the client, also.

I just checked and it hasn't crashed, so you might have lost your internet connection temporarily.
