Cant logg inn at school

Just wondering if any one has any knowledge about why wow can be played on the school nettwork but not Evidyon is there any port i can put into firewall exceptions?.
And maybe some one can provide some good pointers about how to fix this blocking.

Just saying that, it would be very awsome if Evidyon could be played during school though im finnishing this year maybe others will find it nice later.

The school's routers might be blocking UDP packets.

Try going to start>run type "cmd", then when the prompt comes up type "tracert gmail.com" and see what happens. It should show you a bunch of server names/ip addresses if the router isn't blocking stuff.

Was not blocking the Gmail, does not block wow either or any other mmo's, anything i could do to add the game to the "safelist" already added it to exceptions etc..

oh huh...well if it's on the exceptions list, there's not much more you can do.

Come to think of it, I'm having a similar problem: it won't run on Cornell's network in certain areas either. I wonder if these are related?

In the mean time, can you try different computers?

Nevermind other computers, i will just waint until i come home, and actually study at school
