Durf.

I spent the last few hours looking around through my .X animation conversion code, only to realize that there was nothing wrong with it at all. The problem was with the client's renderer--I forgot to type the line that enabled blended animation. No wonder the rendering looked weird!

Hm. Looks nice. I like the critter: where'd you get him?

Also, the animation seems to be running a little slowly. Is this a problem, or is it just slowed down for demonstration purposes?

The animation is running at "natural" speed--I can slow it down or speed it up as I choose.

Could you give a little more info on the format of the animations
