Not connecting?

After i click play game it goes to the Trying to connect screen...and stays there. Anyone know a fix or maybe i should just reinstall...

This also sucks because I was going to release yesterday but I can't if the server is down. My cousin is going to be in town today so I wanted to send it out before he arrives.

What does it take to host it I might be able to if it does not take much my comp could run one with a maxe of like 30-40 ppl on at ones so if you want and you can kinda explain what it takes leat me know if you want me to host server for a bit
