think they may be to good looking and not very xen like (except for the wizzy)

i think we should just buy the xen models from flashfire. they own them and probly would have no trouble selling em.

I can't find any Xen models there. Ej bought them years ago.

i emailed flash fire about the xen models to see if we can purchase them. so who knows.

Thanks 9sam, let me know what they say.

Unfortunately, there's a problem with most of those "free" files Necromadon: the license agreement on the website states they may only be used for non-commercial applications (not PV)

Yeah, I could pay for them--but they are mega expensive. $90 or something each, plus they have waaay too many polygons.

Too many polygons? Cant you just use LOD tech to drop unneeded polys?

you guys should consider like posting on one of them sites where you offer a job and people can like contact you to accept it. so just put up a request for a 3d modeler to make models similar to those in xen im sure you can get a pretty good modeler that way. i remember seeing a site like that before in fact thats where i saw a post by ej requesting a modeler for Xen fp :P

Yes, LOD can be used to cut the poly counts but only to a certain extent. At some point the model just becomes an absolute mess. Models that are designed to be low-poly look much better.
