can someone please tell me exactly what to do to get rid of this problem. i finally got it working but once the new updates came out i cant get it to work again

Download and run this: http://www.unseenstudios.com/evidyon/do ... vidyon.zip

If that doesn't fix it, try this:
1. Go into the zip folder.
2. Go into the appropriate CAB file (the x86 for most folks).
3. Copy the missing dll into your windows folder.

And if that doesn't work, I'm out of ideas.

If that doesn't work, try downloading the latest update from Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/directx

ok here is a real problem everytime there is a new update
people have a real porblem with the directx. i went to the link
for direct x and it starts to install and then says it cant.
so hmm and all the links to directx on evidyon dont work either.
so im not sure what needs to be done but something does.

Have you done anything to block programs on your computer? If you're running Vista, have you tried running as a power-user or admin?

not that i know of but i am running vista sa admin.
what is power user. and ne suggestions will diffently help.
