could you post a render of that model from a slightly different angle? I'm still not too happy with the texture on the blade, but what I'd really like to see is the hand guard. That shot isn't exactly flattering for it...

by render he just means a shot from a different angle
and yeah I completed almost every model for the map maker

i accualy had some one render that for me because my 3d app has not renderer built in, i understand what he is saying and need to find a simple free rendering program.

i have tryed importing multiple formats of my model into blender with no luck, either the texture is gone or it just dosent work.

oh and sorry everyone for not finishing up the few models that are left, I'm a little burned out on modeling right now, but it will come back to me, 66 models in the 8 days I did them all is a bit much.

i use milkshape so i can basicly use any format out there, and tell me some of the models that are left and maby i could help out.

thanks, am i allowed to use the pictures on the list as the textures? such as what i did here
by the way thats rock2, and its .x ready for karl if we are allowed to do that

i uploaded rock6.x to ur upload thing i didnt see a rock6 texture made, so i used rock1.png

right, you use whatever textures are in there, disregarding their names
rock2.png doesn't necessarily go with rock2 model

thank you Ender that really helps, and by the way i completed rock 6 and uploaded it here
http://poorserver.no-ip.org/upload.php it uses rock1.png as the texture and here is a pic of it.

Here's a question oh master Thadius...
Can you make one model that links to multiple textures via UV mapping. I'm thinking it might work if you don't join the individual pieces? Say a sword with the blade one texture, the hilt another, and the hilt guard yet a third. Would you have to make the three pieces in three different files and append them together later?
