Here are a few sound effects. The door ones I clipped right out of a sound effects CD that Sony puts out (royalty free). The ice one is an audio clip a of a bullet going through glass that I clipped off the gunshot, speeded it up, and ran through a vocoder. The rest are done from scratch in FL.

Somone who plays guitar should record something to the likes of the guitar sound current in Xen (when you use a merchant).

If you look in the sounds and music folder on the ftp server and look in the original xenimus sounds folder, we basically need remakes of everything in there

I downloaded that, the guitar sound doesn't sound too much like the one in current Xen, thats why I said that.
The sound pack is okay though.

Are these meant to be contributions or tests, if they are meant to be contributions is there a link that I can use to add them to the condensed post?

Ok gus, i've messed around with a few ideas for battle, forest, and town music and I want you all to check them out. They aren't good quality; its just me messin around, but they are the basic ideas of what I think would be cool for these situations. Lastly I have no idea as to how I can put these onto this forum. Help anyone?

hey man, I don't think they uploaded correctly. All I get is some weird XML file when I try to access them. You might have to upload the .AU files as well?

yeah for audactiy projects, you have to export it, or upload all the AU files (massive file sizes)
just go to file -> export as ogg vorbis
then upload the .ogg file.

You are very talented; the music sounds great. I think the town music would sound even better on a classical guitar, though--do you have one? The battle music would be better if it were cleaner--I think it would be best to stick to the slower, more easy-to-record themes for now. (But I'm not saying your skillz aren't awesome)
