So far, all of the individual modelers I've contacted have been pretty flaky. They have either responded to all of my emails up to the point that I actually ask them to do something, then I never hear from them again, or they've just never replied at all. Ask him to make some low-poly demo models. I'm really fed up with trying to deal with these guys (I'm going to try actual contractors now instead of these independent/unreliable individuals).
