Name of the game

We use "Project Volucris" as a working name for the project. Anyone have any good ideas about what the game's final name will be?

The game's name is Evidyon.

We could call it Nex. That's how EJ came up with xenimus anyway...

nex = death (?)
imus sounds cool
reverse nex = xen

Nox was indeed a sweet game.
---

IMO, being an all new continent and all, the game should take place pre or post-xen (storywise before or after the fall of the evil witch or even jeloc, however you wana figure) and the name should somehow encompass the current situation of the land and players.

Nex is cool too though, and i'm all about latin(a)'s.

whatevaa, im just psyched about that pimp map editor karl's workin on.

Latin: Nex, necis, 3rd, N; violent death, slaughter, death

I'm sure Karl knows how to read the above entry.

Xenimus is Suminex backwards. Suminex is a D&D game that EJ fashioned Xen after. Get your facts straight or don't act like you know what you're talking about.

Excellent. Thanks for the info, I'd love to see a version of Suminex. Or a reference to it actually existing anywhere on the internet. I also appreciate that you felt it necessary to conceal your identity by creating a whole account in order to enlighten us.

I'm hoping that guy just failed miserably at being funny. Otherwise, it is even sadder.

I made this account because I didn't have an account on this forum. I just got to this forum from xentales. I went to Xencon 2001 and met EJ. The name was brought up and he told us that. I've never played any D&D board game.

Anything else?

It was held in Nashville which is a forty minute drive from my house. Why not go? It was entertaining.
