Woot!

After a lot of toil and trouble (mostly merging two separate versions of a about 8,000 lines of code) I've put the map loading system into the core VolucrisAlpha executable. I'm hoping to release a new video later today, at the same time as the newest version of the map editor.

Also, I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize to everyone who's been using version 2. Oh and version 1. I accidentally ran one of those and the controls were so strange I couldn't remember how to make it work. Sorry.

Kudos on the coding!

Will the new mapmaker version have the capability of zooming out?

I haven't quite worked that out yet. I plan to do it at some point, but for now, no. :( sorry

I'll make that top priority for the next version--I just honestly am not sure how best to do it yet.

The zoom would be awesome for making larger dungeons and things. I would like that a lot.

Here's an idea that would save a lot of time and shouldn't be hard to implement: being able to assign objects to the numpad (or whatever) like hotkeys.

hmm
