New Version is OUT!

Hey everyone,

There is a brand new Evidyon out ... right now! I'm crossing my fingers and hoping its stable because I'm going to bed. I tested it and it seems fine to me.

You'll need to re-download the installer--the auto-updater will get the update, but it won't connect to the new server. Be sure to uninstall your old version first.

New stuff includes:
- New kinds of monsters
- Geosids now have "Guardians" which will attack anyone not in the guild--so a Geosid is harder to take over, and once you take it you have someone on your side. To take over a Geosid, you have to kill the guardian. When the guardian respawns, the guild with the greatest # of players nearby will get the Geosid.
- fixed trans bug
- fixed some other random issues
- moved us to a new server!

edit: I've re-installed and the auto-updater says "cannot connect to server"

Sorry about that!! The update server didn't get its file for some reason...so now it works.

Scratch that, you also need to change your config.ini. I'm not sure what happened.

Open up the configuration file, and set:

Server1=66.96.229.53


(Or just wait for me to upload the new version...30 minutes or so...damn slow internet)

Sorry guys, the server bombed out because SOMEbody tried to take over too many Geosids and the server failed an internal safety check.

It's coming back up in 10 minutes, as soon as my computer finishes uploading this fix.

Hunters can't use the bow ;s each time i try to attack he just goes melee, and the skills are not working either, except the first one that increases movement speed

Spread attack with a melee wep puts you in a lock... u have to stop action out of it.. what if it does it automaticly instead so u dont get locked down in 1 position.. also it should be able 2 be done while walkin?

all of the hunters melee spells work but u have to do them with a shortbow because i dont think long bows register as a bow yet.

You can. Whirlwind attack > spin attack
