Item drop

How is item drop on death supposed to work? I haven't watched mine carefully (it can be a little difficult to, with the inventory not being sorted), but it seems that sometimes I lose nothing, sometimes I lose 2-3 items. I'll test it more carefully today or tomorrow, but it would help to know what it's *supposed* to be so that I know what to compare my results to.

On death, you drop your entire inventory.

Equipped items are dropped by a standard probability: every equipped item has a 1/11 chance of being dropped. The more items you wear, the higher chance you have of dropping one or two of your items. However, you have only a fixed chance of dropping any specific item.
