Does Int determine magic damage?

Cuz i got like 31 int and it still takes the putesco's to kill trolls. Maybe 4.

Yes, it does. Highest int character right now has a damage bonus of about 4x.

Maybe trolls are immune to effects of bonuses ?

, they are pretty tough to say the least but not over powered
