For some reason when the game is not starting correctly for me. I've downloaded it, installed it, updated it, and all I get once I run it is a black screen before it tells me the program failed to initiate. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, also tried both the launcher and evidyon applications, but currently nothing is working.

Edit: I've changed some permissions around, and re-downloaded the game. After it updates and I run it, it automatically displays a message saying that the program has stopped responding.

Yeah, I'm having the same problem and I still cant find a way to fix it. I also used all the methods in the other post.

did u skip the launcher? and what os u runnin

PS the servers are down right now

I'm on vista, and yeah I tried both methods of opening the game with the same results.

Ah yeah I never came back to this. (Never knew it became a thread like this) The topic referral Joe posted solved my problems.
