Nice story!
I see... so the players are the former citizens of Nexus, once absorbed into Chaos and now reborn? This explains how players can respawn - neat!

Yep. The players are returned to the world where concentrations of Genite are particularly high--I.E. at the Geosids.

This is also the mechanism by which long-range portals work: long-range ports only occur between Geosids that are charged with a sufficient amount of Genite.

I can tell you used the story of the goddesses from "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time" as a reference... there are a lot of similarities.

I can assure you that there's no connection to the Legend of Zelda. The similarity comes from a common source: Western creation myth. The idea of primordial chaos and its opposition to the created world of the gods is prominent in near-Eastern myth, and quite apparent in the Judeo-Christian tradition.

I can't speak to the exact similarities here, never having read or played the Legend of Zelda, but take my word on this one: there ain't any connection.

The storyline was very nice you should consider writing a added on storyline per month.
